Benefits for direct bookings

• -5 % reduction if booking is made 30 days prior to arrival
• Room upgrade against payment of half of the upgrade fee
• Late checkout: you don't have to leave your room before 12.00h/noon for only 15 € (incl. luggage deposit)
• Bonus for direct bookings: -3% discount is offered with cash payment
• breakfast on the day of arrival only € 10.-

 

Cancellation conditions 

We want to give you the flexibility and guarantee you a safe and carefree vacation planning.

Our general cancellation conditions:

Up to 30 days before arrival, you can cancel your stay free of charge.
If you cancel within the 30 days or in case of no-show, 100% of the amount booked will be charged.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

Early departure and late arrival will also be fully charged. 

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-booked again in whole or in part.

We also recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to save on cancellation costs.
